GAZPROM Germania’s Christmas Surprise for the SOS Children’s Village from the Black Forest

On 17 December 2011 GAZPROM Germania treated around thirty children from the SOS Children’s Village in Sulzburg in the Black Forest to a day of fun and adventure at Europa-Park in Rust near Freiburg. As sponsor of the Experience Energy attraction and the blue fire Megacoaster powered by GAZPROM, GAZPROM OJSC has been represented at Europa-Park since 2009. In addition, the concern is active throughout Germany in numerous youth and educational projects.

The children were welcomed by the Europa-Park mascot, the Euromouse, and a representative of the park. Fortified with punch and muffins, the young visitors experienced the world of energy with all their senses in the multi-media exhibition Experience Energy. A festive Christmas market, various park rides, and other winter adventures also awaited them. A group photo with the Euromouse and the Snowflake Dance show with acrobatics and traditional Russian dances rounded off the fun-filled day.
